Housing could make it easier to pursue a degree or at least to advance through the system.

In listening to the marketplace, it's obvious that we need to move more students toward completion. And we need to do it sooner rather than later.

We say we give free tuition. When people really look at it ... it ain't that much.

None of these numbers are acceptable; anything under 50 percent is unacceptable.
